Sheila Luckett, Employed by the City of Mt. Juliet since February 1989 as City Recorder and Finance Director.  In FY 2006/2007 the City Commission approved a new position of Finance Director.  When the Finance Director was hired in January 2006, became the City Recorder.   I am a Certified Municipal Clerk with the State of Tennessee and the International Institute of Municipal Clerks.  Have attended numerous courses pertaining to all phases of municipal government to include but not limited to finance, planning, annexation, legal issues, insurance, public works, sewer and stormwater.  Serves as the Safety Director/Risk Manager for the City.
