The Mt. Juliet Police Department gathers information during crime prevention, intervention and investigation by completing police reports. The Records Unit processes reports by data entry into an advanced computer database system. In addition, the records unit is responsible for the city’s citations and court operations.Records staff responsibilities include data entry of reports and citations, crime analysis report preparation, and submission of statistics to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and for the federal Uniform Crime Report (UCR).

Carrie Paris is the Director of Records and Court for the department.

 

 

 

 

 

Obtaining Police Reports and Accident Reports:

You may pick up a police report in person at the Mt. Juliet Police Department, 2425 N. Mt. Juliet Rd, Mt. Juliet, TN 3712

Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM

 

If you are mailing a request, please include the report case number, date of incident, location of incident, and names of parties involved.

If you do not have a report case number - call 615.754.2550, and a records clerk will assist you in locating the report.
