Mt. Juliet Website's Online Services Expand Again

 

For almost a year now, the citizens of Mt. Juliet have enjoyed some new and innovative ways to communicate and do business with the city by using the city website.  From the Action Line, which allows citizens to report all sorts of issues to the city and receive a tracking number to follow it's resolution, to online sewer & police citation payments.  There are also several new ways to receive city information.  An email distribution lists for city news & police information was established, and there's also a Twitter site & a City Manager Blog.

 

The city is constantly adding new items, and have just announced another feature.  That is the ability to pay for & register residential & business alarms with the city.  A more convenient & more expedient option, this should be of great use to Mt. Juliet citizens.  This feature can be found in the Online Services part of the website.

 

More options to register and make payments online will be coming soon.  Some examples of what's in store for online use, Business Taxes & Registration, many types of permits, etc.
