Jay is a familiar face in Mt. Juliet.  He has lived here for 12 years and been resident here in middle Tennessee for close to 20 years.  Jay has a Bachelors of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University.  He has worked for two of Tennessee's largest Engineering Firms in the state.  Jay has worked with various parks departments throughout the mid-south.  He has had a passion for parks that dates back to his school days.  He has served on the planning commission since 2004 and served as chairman in 2009.  Jay is active in the community, helping out with the Mt. Juliet Quarterback Club and coaching recreational girls' softball.  Jay is a fisherman and an avid motorcycle rider.
