John T. Rossmaier Finance Director

   Education: Bachelor of Science, Business Administration with a concentration in accounting, University of Tennessee at Martin. Completed the Tennessee Executive Development Program at University of Tennessee at Knoxville.


 Professional Experience: Thirty-four (34) years experience in accounting related endeavors.  This experience includes thirty –one (31) years as Corporate Treasurer, Secretary and Controller of a private manufacturer in TN with sales up to $45 million. Prior to that worked with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell of Nashville, TN (now KPMG) as an auditor supervising others in audits that included First American Bank (now Regions Financial), J C Bradford of Nashville and subsidiaries of Bowaters Southern Paper Corporation of Charleston, TN.


MEMBERSHIPS: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants


COMMUNITY SERVICE Cleveland Kiwanis Club serving as President, Vice President, Program Director, Chair of multiple committees, and years as member of the Board of Directors of a 100 member club. Chair of Stewardship, Finance and Building Fund committees at various times in community churches.

Military Service: Officer, United States Navy Reserve with service as In-Country Ship Routing Officer for Military Sealift Command in Saigon, Viet Nam, as well as Assistant Navigator aboard ship out of Norfolk, VA.
