Action Line Makes its Debut on the City Website
You can now use the city website to contact the city and request various services. The Action Line will allow visitors to request information, submit requests for service, or submit comments for review. The Action Line system covers a variety of city departments and services.
How does it work? The Action Line is unique in how it handles requests by allowing citizens to track the progress of those requests. After submitting a form, it forwards an email to the city employee that is responsible for handling that issue. It then gives you a ticket number for referencing that request in the future. While registration is not required to submit a request, if you do register you can log-in and see all the requests you've ever made to the city and their disposition. (If you don't register, then you can still track individual action requests by entering the tracking number at the Action line site.)
